Application of Problem Based Learning in Food Material Teaching

Problem-based learning(PBL) is a kind of teaching method which based on problems for teaching materials deal with and organization is generated to guide students through the forming problems,thinking questions,answering and solving problems in order to foster students ability to take the initiative to acquire knowledge. PBL will help improve student learning ability,innovation and practical ability. In this paper,the teaching practice of food quality and safety are tested,and this teaching model is explored in food material teaching,and achieved better results.
