Optimization of Course Knowledge System and Practice for Food Immunology

Food immunology is a difficult course. Based on the statistics of study in classroom,it is difficult for students to understand knowledge system and have skills to combine practice and theory. This paper mainly offers many kinds of ways to solve those problems,such as teaching content,teaching means and group discussion and other forms. Part of practice is optimized by enhancing the students' learning initiative,the ability of solving problem and the combination of theory and practice.
