The Influencing Factors and Preventive Measures of Pleurotus Nebrodensis Postharvest Quality

In this paper,the phenomenon of pleurotus nebrodensis postharvest quality decrease,such as water loss,browning and microbial infection,which are investigated and analyzed. In addition,the influencing factors and corresponding preventive measures of pleurotus nebrodensis postharvest quality deterioration are summarized.
