Research Advances on Detection Methods of Lactoperoxidase

Lactoperoxidase is a natural enzymes of milk and widely used as microbial inhibitor, not only in milk, milk products and also meat products. And Lactoperoxidase has also been shown to have medicinal value and other applications. Its destruction has been used as an index of the pasteurization efficiency of raw milk. Lactoperoxidase is also used as a diagnostic indicator of subclinical mastitis in cows' milk. The paper mainly reviewed the detection method of Lactoperoxidase.
