Reform and Exploration on the Curriculum Construction of Higher Vocational Meat Products Production Technology

The curriculum reform of higher occupation education is one of the core contents for the backbone vocational colleges. The couse of meat product production technology is one of the core curriculum of the profession of food processing technology. In this paper,character and function,guiding ideology of course reform,curriculum objectives,requirements for teachers,teaching conditions,teaching content and it's key point and dificulty breakthrough,teaching method and means,curriculum guarantee are summarized.
