The Teaching Mode of Principles of Food Engineering Based on Blackboard Network and PBL Teaching Method

Principles of Food Engineering is an important professional basic course for food science and engineering. It is the bridge and link between the professional courses and basic courses. In this study,the blackboard network platform and PBL teaching method are applied in principles of food engineering. The teaching mode based on blackboard network and PBL teaching method can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students for learning, cultivated students' independent learning ability and innovation ability. It should be popularized in modern teaching area.
