Exploration of the Food Experimental Design and Data Analysis Course in Applied Universities

In this paper, the necessity of experimental design and data analysis courses in applied university are analyzed.Combined with the trainining target and speciality feasures of applied university,suggestions are made based on the key and difficulty of the course, teaching contents and teaching mode. This paper is aimed at improving teaching efficiency and providing reference for teaching activities.
