Practice and Experience of Food Chemistry Bilingual Teaching of Inner Mongolia Agriculture University

In order to adapt to the international trend of scientific research and the teaching in college, we have Food Chemistry bilingual course from College of Food Science and Engineering of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University. With years of teaching experience, the influence of improving the professional and English application ability of teachers are mainly discussed,strengthening students' autonomous learning ability, enriching teaching contents and reforming assessment methods.
