Protein Assessment of Qiubei Chilli of Wenshan in Yunnan Province

Adopted the scoring model of nutrient value assessment, the nutrient value of protein of Qiubei chilli in Yunnan province is determined, inculding( AAS, EAAI, BV, NI, CS, RCAA and SRCAA). Leucine is the first limited amino acid of Qiubei chilli. Besides nutrition index, other indicators of Qiubei chilli of shupi region are higher than lannitan region.However, the nutrition index of Qiubei chilli of lannitan region is far higher than that of shupi region.
