Study on the Detection of Heavy Metal Ions Pb~(2+) Using Glucose Oxidase Method

To establish a rapid, simple, as long as the colorimetric can lead the enzyme inhibition method, selection of glucose oxidase(GOD) catalytic system,the test conditions are optimized;inhibition of enzyme activity of metal ion,effects of heavy metal ions lead to the activity of glucose oxidase are measured and analyzed by variance analysis. Among them, the influence of temperature on experimental significantly,other conditions on the reaction is not significant. The best technology of glucose oxidase test lead ions is under the condition of 22 ℃,20 μmol/L lead ion concentration,p H 5 react for 20 minutes and detection.
