Reform and Discussion of Bilingual Teaching on Food Enzyme Special

The course of Food Enzyme Special plays an important role in education of graduate students majoring in food science. How to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching is a critical problem. Based on the problems of the present teaching of Food Enzyme and the training demands for graduate students,this course introduced the implement of bilingual teaching in the traditional teaching,and proposed the teaching model,teaching methods and measures for cultivating the ability of students. Moreover,this course proposed a reasonable assessment method to stimulate the initiative and interests of students,and to achieve the purpose of improving teaching quality.
