Teaching Thinking of Food Nutrition Course in Food Quality and Safety

In order to improve the teaching quality of the course of Food Nutrition,aimed at the existent problems in teaching of Food Nutrition, the improvement of teaching method and content of courses were dissertated, mainly exploring in the teaching mode,classroom discussion,the practice teaching and independent inquiry learning. After course reform,the student's learning interest were increased and greatly improve the teaching effect.
