Discussion on the Teaching of Food Toxicology

Food Toxicology is one of the core courses of food quality and safety,which is the theoretical basis and methodology of food safety evaluation. Based on several years of teaching practice,the status and characteristics of the course,the teaching contents,teaching objectives,teaching methods,assessment methods and introspection were discussed,in order to improve the teaching quality.
