The Realization of Adaptive Tracing Measurement of Freeform Surface with Grating Displacement Sensor

To reduce the nonlinear error of laser displacement sensor used in non-contact freeform measurement,a LabVIEW-based grating displacement feedback system was designed,in which data collection was achieved by calling DLL.The linearity and hysterisis error of the system were tested and analyzed.The results show the method can realize the adaptive tracing measurement of freeform surface by adjusting the position of laser probe on its contour,and ensuring the sensor works within the scope of linear measurement.
