The Analysis of a Serious Pollution Process of Inhalable Particulate Matter to Harbin

The move and varies condensation of air pollution particles are influenced not only by the ground surface but also directly by the weather system of different scales and relations with atmospheric horizontal and vertical trans-mission.This paper the observation data and the WRF mesoscale meteorological model and NOAA back trajectory model(HYSPLIT-4) were used to simulate and analyze an air pollution process occurred at Harbin from May 28th to 30th,2008.The results show the influenced of synoptic-scale system,the regional airflow fields and local weather conditions for the process of air pollution particles.According to back trajectory analysis based on HYSPLIT,research the sources and trajectories of pollution particles in the surrounding areas and local of Harbin.
