Influence of Hot Pressing Process on Sound Insulation Performance of Nonwovens Board with the Sound Barrier

Acupuncture and hot pressing technology are employed to produce the nonwovens sound insulation board for sound barrier with fine denier hollow polyester and low melting point polyester as raw materials.The orthogonal test method is employed to study the hot pressing forming process parameters of the nonwovens sound insulation board for sound barrier.And it discusses the influence of heating temperature,heating time and the proportion of hollow polyester/low melting point polyester on the sound insulation performance.The experimental results show that,the best sound insulation performance of the nonwovens sound insulation board for sound barrier emerges when the m(hollow polyester):m(low melting point polyester) = 50:50,heating temperature is 165 ℃,heating time is 30 s.
