Analysis on Energy Consumption of Injection Molding Machines Based on Two Different Hydraulic Circuits

The differences between domestic conventional hydraulic circuit system and foreign new hydraulic servo system was analyzed,and the energy saving feature of foreign new hydraulic servo system was explored.New hydraulic servo system realized the energy-saving by eliminating the energy consumption when the system wasn't working and reducing the energy consumption when the system was working.The theoretical analysis result was verified by manufacturing two kinds of plastic products on injection molding machine with both hydraulic system above.The results shows that foreign new hydraulic saves 50% energy more than domestic conventional hydraulic system,and the reduced energy consumption is significant.
