Study on Improvement of Control Device for Glass Grinding Machine

This study describes the improvement and its results of control device for glass grinding machine(Yichang Mirror Factory).As grinding the hole periphery of oil windowpane,out or stop of work piece was controlled manually,which led to artifacts of varying quality.In this study,the machine control circuit was modified to count the grinding work piece in terms of turns.If the set number of grinding turn was reached,the alarm would signal the operator to stop.With the grinding operation after modification of control circuit,the operator's working pressure was significantly reduced,the number of machines custody was increased accordingly,as well as the work piece yield had been dramatically improved,which really solved industry problems on consumed time of production and non-precision in dimension.
