Experimental Investigation and Test on the Radiation Characteristics of the Infrared-Strengthened Equipment

In the present paper, the infrared radiation characteristics of the infrared-strengthened equipment (ISE) fixed on a target drone have been tested. The on-the-spot measurement of ISE as a point source is taken with different structures and states on the ground. The instruments and their combination in our infrared test system have been briefly introduced. We have also presented experimental methods for testing the following infrared radiation characteristics of ISE;1.The infrared spectrum characteristics;2.The distribution of infrared energy with respect to time and space;3.The effective radiation intensity under manifold working state.The experimental results indicate that the data obtained have good repetitiveness and the parameters have very close correlativity. Meanwhile the article also presents a testing system and method used by us for developing new-type infrared radiation sources.
