LU Bi-hua(Department of Politics-Law and History, Neijiang Teachers College, Neijiang, Sichuan 641112, China)
China is in the middle stage of industrialization, and the realization of industrialization remains the arduous historical task in the process of our modernization. To start a new-type industrialization in the new historical situation,we must spur on it relying on information with the progress of science as the driving force, focus on improving economic benefits and competitive capability, implement the strategy permitting sustainable development and make best use of our human resources. It is essential to deal with the relations between the development of new high-technological industry and traditional industry, between the capital-and technology-intensive industry and labor-intensive industry and between virtual economy and real economy.
