360-degree Feedback Assessment:Application,Problems and Suggestion

360-degree feedback assessment is a performance and occupation development appraisal method drawn from the human resource management of western enterprises or organizations in recent years,which is characteristic of being fair,true,all-sided,objective and accurate.There are special requirements for the content,structure,standard,evaluators and feedback of the results.In the process of application,there exist such problems as unclear standards,short of work analysis and forecasting,solely relying on the appraisal from the above and lack of communication.Therefore,people should make a correct understanding of the value of 360-degree feedback assessment and attach great importance to the decisive function of the senior leadership of the enterprise and the cultural differences.
