The Comparision About Pretreatment Between the Wet Digestion Method and the Dry Ashing Method to Detection of Cadmium in Rice Sample by the GF Atomic Absorption Spectrometer

Using the GF atomic absorption spectrometer to detection microelement is the usual method. The wet digestion pretreatment and the dry ashing pretreatment is the common method. The same sample with different pretreatment method for determining the same elements, there is difference measurements.statements in the paper,through the dry ashing method and wet digestion process and the principle of two kinds of sample pretreatment, was based on determination of cadmium in rice. The experiment accuracy, high efficiency, the simplicity, environmental protection and security compare two methods of pretreatment, thus it is concluded that the merits of the two methods of pretreatment.
