THE QSAR STUDY OF CARBOQUONE SERIALS ANTITUMOR DRUG USING ARTIFICIAL NEURAL NETWORK

In this paper, the method of Artificial Neural Network is used to study the activity of derivatives of Carboquone, prologing the life of mouse inoculated against L 1201 Leukaemic cell. And comparison with the method of traditional regression is also performed. It is also successful in forecasting the activity of unknown compound.
