Analysis of Water Resource Statue under Climate Change in Inner Mongolia

Based on the data of precipitation, evaporation and average temperature in Inner Mongolia from 1961 to 2016, and the data of water resources from 1994 to 2016, the changes of precipitation, evaporation and average temperature and their relationship with water resources were analyzed. The results showed that precipitation hasn't changed much in Inner Mongolia, evaporation showed a function decreasing trend from June to September, while the average temperature was rising, which contributed to the warmer climate in Inner Mongolia. The total amount of surface water, groundwater and water resources was positively related to precipitation in Inner Mongolia from 1994 to 2016 through the significance test of 0.01. The correlation with average temperature did not pass the significant test, and has a negative correlation with evaporation through the significance test of 0.05.
