Catering Culture and Social Development of China

In the growingly intense competition of gross power among nations in the world, position and function of culture appears more and more prominent. Among those famous brands, McDonald, KFC, Coca-Cola and Pepsi have become signals of American culture, carrying the nation image of the country which has been enriched, selling its life style and value and dispelling the ethnic culture and spirits. What lesson and enlightenment will be to us since catering is so influential? Apparently, research on catering culture will enhance the construction of socialism advanced culture , the social civilization and progress and the sustainable development of economy.
