On City Cuisine Culture and Its Impact on Catering Industry

City cuisine representing urban catering culture is of great significance both in local cultural tourism resources and catering industry development. City cuisine is characterized by profound historical culture, distinctive regional characteristics, great social influence, and unique food properties. City cuisine serves as the carier of the city historical information, cultural impliction, representation of the city's cultural card and demonstration of intangible cultural heritage of the city. Therefore, it is of necessity to carry on cultural dissemination and brand construction of city cuisine and popularize catering brands with city food restaurant as symbols of city identification.
