An Empirical Analysis of Application of Hubei Regional Culture to Catering Industry

Catering businesses in Hubei lay emphasis on application of regional culture to design of visual identification system, development and production of dishes and construction of catering environment. For development and production of dishes, catering businesses in Hubei consciously apply regional catering concept to development and production of dishes. For construction of dietary environment, emphasis is laid on creation of a regional catering culture atmosphere through the architectural style, name plaque, hall room style, tables, chairs and tableware, calligraphy and painting sculpture.
