A Probe into Strategies for Government-boosted Poduction-study-research Collaborative Innovation

Effective government-boosted poduction-study-research collaborative innovation calls for the researchers to design a new and feasible path from the vision of the government, which should play the role of leaders, coordinators and regulators in the poduction-study-research collaborative innovation. Currently,the governments' inadequate involvement in the poduction-study-research collaborative innovation is mainly manifested as defective policy making, less efforts on capital investment and unsound intermediary system.The governments are expected to play an effective role in the poduction-study-research collaborative innovation by improving relevant laws, regulations and policies, encouraging enterprises for independent innovation, sressing cultivation of innovative talents and etablishing the intermediary service system.
