Analysis of the Problems in Advanced Manufacturing Technology Learning in Vocational Colleges and the Countermeasures

Advanced manufacturing technology learning in vocational colleges is obviously characterized by dynamism, practice and forefronts. Due to the effect of various factors, advanced manufacturing technology learning in vocational colleges witnesses deficient curriculum groups, excessiive emphasis on theories and slow renewal of learning contents, which gives birth to students' absence of initiatives in learning, lack of achievements and failure to meet career development needs. Accordingly, efforts should be made to be oriented to enhancement of students' vocational ability and develop curriculum group on the basis of talents training goal, training modes and research on career development direction, take the opportunity of creating on-and-off campus practice bases to develop learning paradigm of talents training mode, start with renewal of learning contents and develop learning atmosphere for talents cultivation with a view to exploring new approach for advanced manufacturing technology learning.
