An Investigation of Management of Ecotourism Staff in Natural Preservation Areas——A Case Study of Longhu Mountain Natural Preservation Areas

Realization of ecotourism benefits in natural preservation areas is dependent on effective man-agement of the staff. With a case study of Longhu Mountain Natural Preservation Areas, a field investiga-tion was conducted on staff's job satisfaction and life satisfaction,. The result suggests low income, little chance of being promoted, heavy working intensity, boring work activities, poor board and lodging, which constrain increase of staff's job satisfaction and life satisfaction. The article argues that efforts should be made to increase staff's job satisfaction and life satisfaction in Longhu Mountain Natural Preservation Areas by carrying out staff training, improving employees' treatment, giving the staff more chances of being pro-moted, reasonably designing work for the staff and concerning about their life.
