Research on replacement ventilation for the polysilicon reduction reaction plant

With the import and development of new technology,Class A and B hazardous clean plants with risk of explosion and clean requirement appear more and more in works,for example,the polysilicon production reduction plant.Such plant is not only to maintain a high degree of cleanliness in the production requirements,and the supply air must exhaust directly in order to prevent secondary pollution.To ensure the production process and the safety of personnel,and considering the energy saving and environmental protection,applies the displacement ventilation and compares with several conventional supply and return air system,obtains that the displacement ventilation is a recommended ventilation form in such plant,and proposes some noticeable issues in design.
