Zhang Zhuping Chinese Department, Nantong Teacher College, Jiangsu Nantong 226007
In "The Book of Songs", some notes and sentence structures in one song resemble the notes and sentence structures in the other, thus constructing the consanguinities between two songs. It is called "consanguineous sentence". The study on this phenomenon helps us have new insights of the origins and creation of the “Song”, such as when and who created the “Song”, how it was spread , taught and cataloged , what were the relations between the Song and music. It also helps us know how people at that time comprehended the poems, what was their craftsmanship in creating poems, and how to make commentary and sub commentary etc.
