Potential Improvement of Mediumlow Yielded Farmland and Guarantee of Food Safety in China

Firstly,this paper analyzed the changes of the food productive capacity in two aspects in China:the total output of grain and the yield per unit of area. Then according to the differences between the input and output of the mediumlow yielded farmland and the high one, it advanced that reforming the mediumlow yielded farmland to enhance the productive capacity of cultivated land is an important way to guarantee food safety, also it has great significance on preventing farmland degradation as well as the environment protection.
