Analysis of Exergy of Radiation Heat Transfer of Solid Bodies

This paper established a mathematical model for calculating the exergy of radiation heat transfer of gray bodies with homogeneous temperature and constant physical properties. Using this model, analysis and calculations were carried out and the results were compared with those obtained from the internal-energy exergy equation of gray bodies. It was concluded from the comparison that the exergy of radiative energy is not greater than the exergy of internal energy. From the derived equation of radiation exergy, the exergy depends on the emissivity of body surface.
