Risk assessment for the central air-conditioning system in the Expo Center based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation

The safe service of the central air-conditioning system is important to a stable operation of the Expo Center.In this study,a new model using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation was developed based on the basic theory of fuzzy and the project practice of 2010 Shanghai World Expo.This study focused on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation together with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP).In the evaluation,following influential factors were considered: the heating and cooling systems,the transmission and distribution systems,and the terminal equipment.In addition,the evaluation for the system focused on analyzing the technical and operational management risks.Moreover,this paper employed AHP to determine the weight of each layer.Finally,some maintenance advices for the central air-conditioning were proposed based on the risk assessment results.
