Progress on the Research of Sample Pretreatment Techniques in the Detection of Pyrethroid Residues

Sample pretreatment techniques in the detection of pyrethroid residues have been the bottleneck of restricting its analysis speed and accuracy. The recent progresses on the studies of pretreatment techniques in the detection of pyrethroid residues were reviewed. The methods described consist of extraction techniques which include supercritical fluid extraction, accelerated solvent extraction, ultrasonic extraction, microwave-assisted extraction and liquid-phase micro-extraction; purification techniques which include gel permeation chromatography and solid-phase extraction, and integration techniques based on solid-phase micro-extraction and matrix solid-phase dispersion extraction. A theoretical basis and technical support were provided for our country to carry out better testing of pesticide. Their development prospects were also discussed in the end.
