Screening Surfactants with Synergetic Inhibition Activity of 5-(4-Chlorophenyl)-2,3-dimethyl-3-(pyridine-3)-oxazoline on Botrytis cinerea

In this paper, the surfactant which could increase the inhibition of SYP-Z048 on Botrytis cinerea was screened out. Eighteen surfactants were tested by mycelia growth inhibition method, dry mycelia weightiness method, and leaves in vitro method, which were organic silicon, castor oil, tween, alkyl naphthalene sulphur salt, alkyl and so on. The results varied with differernt methods. With methods of mycelia growth inhibition and dry mycelia weightiness, many surfactants showed synergetic inhibition activity with SYP-Z048 on B. cinerea. By in vitro test on leaves, the highest inhibition rate on B. cinerea was 83.69% when treated with surfactant Silwet L77 and SYP-Z048 together, but 52.09% when applied with SYP-Z048 alone.
