Determination of Tribenuron-methyl·Bensulfuron-methyl 30% WP by HPLC

[Aims]A HPLC method was developed for the simultaneous quantitative determination of tribenuron-methyl and bensulfuron-methyl.[Methods]The sample was separated and analyzed quantitatively on C18 column and UV detector at 230 nm,using acetonitrile and water as mobile phase by reverse phase HPLC.[Results]The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of tribenuron-methyl and bensulfuron-methyl were 0.9997 and 0.9996.The standard deviation were 0.09 and 0.12,the variation coefficients were 0.84 and 0.58%,the average recovery rates were 99.75 and 99.68%,respectively.[Conclusions]The method was simple,rapid,accurate and suitable for the qualitative and quantitative analysis of tribenuron-methyl·bensulfuron-methyl 30% WP samples.
