Leaching Characteristic of Carbendazim in Undisturbed Soil

[Aims]The leaching law of carbendazim in undisturbed soil and effects of different factors on leaching were studied.[Methods]The self-designed undisturbed soil leaching column was used to investigate leaching characteristic of carbendazim.[Results]The results showed that the leaching amounts of carbendazim by the soil extract as leaching solution were significantly greater than that of deionized water as leaching solution.With the pH value decreasing from 9.0 to 6.8,the total leaching amount of carbendazim was marginally increased from 12.63 to 14.15 mg.When the pH value was decreased to 4.0,the total leaching amount of carbendazim was increased to 28.83 mg obviously.With the content of soil organic matter declining from 39.5 to 32.5 g/kg,the total leaching amount of carbendazim increased from 14.15 to 16.41 mg.[Conclusions]Lower pH and greater content of soil organic matter were beneficial for leaching activity of carbendazim in undisturbed soil.
