Determination of Chloropiperidine Ester in Wheat Flour and Rice Flour by HPLC

[Aims]The high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method was established for analyzing the chloropiperidine ester in wheat flour and rice flour.[Methods]Samples were firstly extracted by acetonitrile and then homogenized,filtrated,finally purified by C18 column.The experiment was carried on SunFire C18 column with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-water(70:30,by vol) at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength and injection volume were set at 234 nm and 10 μL respectively.[Results]The recoveries of three different concentration(0.05,0.1,0.5 mg/kg) for chloropiperidine ester were between 77.6 to 103% and 92.2 to 99.6%,respectively.[Conclusions]This method met with the requirements of the pesticide residue detection.
