The Bioactivity of Eight Different Fungicides against Multiple Drug Resistance Isolates of Tomato Grey Mold

[Methods]The bioactivity of eight fungicides to three tomato grey mold isolates with multiple drug resistance were determined by the method of hypha growth inhibition assays to screen out the fungicides with high efficacy and low toxicity,which can be used to alleviate and control multiple drug resistance of tomato grey mold.[Results]Among the eight fungicides,fluazinam,fludioxonil and boscalid have the best inhibitory effects on tomato grey mold isolates with mutiple drug resisitance.Followed by fluopyram,polyoxin and propamidine.Biocontrol agents eugenol and Wuyimycin also exibit some bioactivity.[Conclusions]Therefore,8 fungicides metioned above can be combined or alternately used to control tomato grey mold with multiple drug reisistance in agricultural production.
