Analysis of Flumorph·Fluazinam 20% SC by HPLC

[Aims] The quantitative analysis method for flumorph·fluazinam 20% SC was established. [Methods] The separation and determination of flumorph and fluazinam in the samples were conducted by HPLC with the mixture of methanol and water as mobile phase(82 ∶18, by vol) at the flow rate of 1 mL/min at 240 nm. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients for flumorph and fluazinam were 0.9998 and 0.9996, the standard deviations were 0.027 and0.029, the variation coefficients were 0.26 and 0.28%, and the average recoveries were 99.77 and 99.84%, respectively.[Conclusions] This method has the features of accurate, fast and good separation effect, which is suitable for quantitative analysis of active ingredients in preparation.
