Application of High Performance Liquid Chromatography-diode Array Detector-tandem Mass Spectrometry in Analysis of the Implicit Components and Fingerprint Establishment of Pesticides

[Aims] The standard fingerprint spectrum was constructed for 194 kinds of common used pesticides using liquid chromatography-diode array detector-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-DAD-MS/MS) to regulate and evaluate the pesticide market effectively. [Methods] On the basis of ion optimization, the standard fingerprint spectrum using HPLC-DAD-MS/MS was constructed with tMRM(Dynamic multi-reaction monitoring) mode. [Results] Then the primary and implicit components of 3 kinds of real pesticide samples were analyzed by the established standard fingerprint spectrum. The results showed that the primary components of 3 kinds of real pesticide samples were acetamiprid, triazophos, and mesotrione, with implicit components of imidacloprid; omethoate, malathion, sulcotrione,benzazone, ciethodim, respectively. Good matching degree was achieved. [Conclusions] The established HPLC-DAD-MS/MS standard fingerprint is fast, efficient and specific, which provides a reliable method for standardizing the quality of pesticide products and combating the counterfeit products of pesticides.
