Preparation and Quality Assessment of TraT2A Inducer 20% AS

[Aims] The Trichoderma atroviride proteinaceous TraT2 A elicitor was prepared as inducer 20% AS.[Methods] Auxiliaries and the formula of the final water agent were screened and determined by observing the appearance of water agent. [Results] The composition of the optimum formulation was determined to be the active ingredient TraT2A(20%), the surfactant as HSO1(8%), thickener for glycerol(10%), stabilizer for pentanediol(2%)and defoaming agent for JS-5115( 0. 8 %) and the remaining 59. 2 % was supplemented with sterilized water.[Conclusions] The TraT2 A inducer 20% AS conforms to the quality standard of pesticide water agent and the induced resistance effect of the 10 times solution reaches 61.21%.
