Toxicity Effects of Different Pesticides on Trichoderma longibrachiatum GF-10

[Aims] The aims were to test the toxicity of 16 pesticides on Trichoderma longibrachiatum GF-10 and provided a reference for the application of GF-10 strain in the feild. [Methods] The spore germination rate and inhibitory rate were tested using the plate count method, and the toxicity of the pesticides on GF-10 strain were evaluted by EC50 value. [Results] The inhibitory effects of the insecticides on GF-10 strain were successive acetamiprid beta-cypermethrin·emamectin benzoate beta-cyhalothrin imidacloprid methylamino abamectin benzoate deltamethrin; the inhibitory effects of the herbicides were napropamide pendimethalin metolachlor rimsulfuron clomazone·butralin; the inhibitory effects of the fungicides were carbendazim chlorothalonil mancozeb kresoxim-methyl isoprothiolane. Among these pestcides, metolachlor with the concentration of 7.2, 72 μg/L,pendimethalin with concentration of less than 45 μg/L, rimsulfuron with concentration of less than 25 μg/L can improve the growth of GF-10 strain. [Conclusions] The strain can be used with metolachlor, pendimethalin and rimsulfuron in certain rang of concentrations, but other mentioned pesticides in this article can not be together used with GF-10.
