Gas Chromatographic Determination of Acetochlor and Metrihuzin in Suspoemulsion Mixture

A gas chromatographic method was developed for simultaneous determination of acetochlor and metribuzin in suspoemulsion mixture. Retention times for acetochlor,metribuzin and internal standard dibutyl sebacate on 4% OV-225/Chromosorh W-HP were 10. 45, 17. 24 and 12. 90 minutes, respectively. Standard deviation, coefficient of variation and recovery were 0. 109, 0. 56% and 99. 6% for acetochlor,and 0. 314, 1. 52% and 100. 1% for metribuzin. respectively.
