Influence of analgesia and hemodilution on cruor and catecholamine after replantaion of rabbit ears

ZHANG Tao,DING Ming.Department of Anaesthesia,Weifang Medical College,Shangdong,Weifang 261000,China
Objective To investigate the pre-emptive analgesia combined hemodilution on cruor and catecholamine after replantaion of rabbit ears. Methods 40 adult male rabbits were randomly divided into four groups:A(blank control)group,B(analgesia)group,C(dilution)group,D(analgesia combined hemodilution)group.Dynamic monitored blood catecholamines before and after surgery, postoperative coagulation indicator and replantation survival rate. Results The catecholamine of A,C(non-pain group) was higher than pre-operative,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05);while C,D(dilution group) compared with A,B(non-diluted group),platelet count(PLT)and fibrinogen(FIB)were decreased, however prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)were prolonged, the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Replantation survival rate of DBCA.Conclusion Analgesia combined hemodilution in reducing stress, reversing high blood coagulation and improving blood circulation in replantation of limbs is better than respective application.
