Clinical effect observation of 3% boric acid solution with Co-He-Ne laser treatment on 60 patients with contact dermatitis

Objective To discuss the efficacy of 3% boric acid solution with Co-He-Ne laser treatment on contact dermatitis. Method 60 patients with contact dermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases of each. The treatment group used the 3% boric acid solution with Co-He-Ne laser treatment while the control group only used the 3% boric acid solution treatment. Observed the effect of the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group(86. 7% )was higher than in the control group(63. 3% ),the difference was statistically significant(P 0. 05). Conclusion The 3% boric acid solution with the Co-He-Ne laser treatment for contact dermatitis is genuine therapeutic,can shorten the course of the disease,and has less side effects.
