Clinical observation of gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with cholecystitis after laparoscopic cholecystectomy

Objective To investigate the changes of gastrointestinal symptoms in patients with cholecystitis after laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods Patients with acute and chronic cholecystitis treated by laparoscopic cholecystectomy were chosen as the research object between August 2013 to September 2015.The changes of gastrointestinal symptoms and preoperative symptoms in 6 months after operation were evaluated by the alimentary tract related quality of life scale.Results By evaluating,after the operation,there were 9 cases of digestive tract symptoms(9/16) to varying degrees of relief.The other 7 digestive symptoms did not improve.It is worth noting that,diarrhea occurred in 26 patients.Another 2 patients had bile reflux gastritis after operation.Conclusion The majority of patients with acute and chronic cholecystitis before surgery can significantly relieve the symptoms of gastrointestinal tract by LC operation.However,some patients did not significantly improve symptoms.After operation,we should pay attention to the patients with bile reflux gastritis and postoperative diarrhea.
