Protective effect of enteral micro-ecological nutrition support on liver injury after hepatectomy

Objective To investigate the effect of enteral micro-ecological nutrition support(EIN) on liver injury after hepatectomy.Methods 76 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,each of 38 cases.The observation group was given EIN,while giving parenteral nutrition support in the control group.The treatment effect of two groups were compared,such as liver function,endotoxin level,postoperative anal exhaust time and complications.Results8 d after operation,the liver function,endotoxin level in observation group were better than the control group(P 0.05);Anal exhaust time in observation group was shorter than the control group(P 0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the 2 groups(P 0.05).Conclusion EIN can effectively protect the liver function,reduce the level of serum endotoxin,and promote the recovery of intestinal peristalsis,which is worthy of clinical popularization and Application.
